What a brilliant and pretty hotel with calm staff at the reception desk! Unbeatable and brilliant location just next door to city centre, shops and all famous landmarks including the harbourside area in a lovely area. Besides, easy to get to a grassy park. Exceptional breakfasts for £4.95.

Great relaxing hotel located in a particularly great area adjacent to likely stops at floors, the bar/restaurant, and the shops, restaurants and local attractions. Particularly good and fab location with public parking. Again, walking distance to a grassy park.

It was just a fine choice for a short layover in Bristol with excellent value. A lovely staff member even sent up some tea and snacks when I wasn't feeling well. Try to take advantage of their personal service when needed.

The location is perfect. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired, the staff is very attentive.
One elevator was out of order. Therefore there was sometimes a "traffic jam" at certain times.
