What a brilliant and pretty hotel with calm staff at the reception desk! Unbeatable and brilliant location just next door to city centre, shops and all famous landmarks including the harbourside area in a lovely area. Besides, easy to get to a grassy park. Exceptional breakfasts for £4.95.

Great relaxing hotel located in a particularly great area adjacent to likely stops at floors, the bar/restaurant, and the shops, restaurants and local attractions. Particularly good and fab location with public parking. Again, walking distance to a grassy park.

It was just a fine choice for a short layover in Bristol with excellent value. A lovely staff member even sent up some tea and snacks when I wasn't feeling well. Try to take advantage of their personal service when needed.

The location is perfect. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired, the staff is very attentive.
One elevator was out of order. Therefore there was sometimes a "traffic jam" at certain times.

The reception staff greeted us with warmth, and our Beautiful Double Room was comfortable. Don't miss the cozy on-site restaurant, where we enjoyed a lovely breakfast with local flavors. Pro tip, book a room on a higher floor for a quieter experience.

The hotel has a well-stocked room with lovely toiletries and everything I needed. The comfortable double bed made for a great night's sleep. the outdated decor was a bit disappointing compared to the photos online. I would definitely choose this place again!
